At BLUETTI EU, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn fashion items. Please ensure all original tags and packaging are intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to the outside of your box, and drop it off at any authorized EU carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange item within 5-7 business days.
